Kadi has 15+ of experience in the hotel industry, including roles in front-of-house, operations, and general management. Kadi considers herself a tech-savvy and modern hotelier, who uses technology as a tool to improve the life of both—the staff and the guests. Now, she is putting all her efforts into HotelBuddy, the most efficient virtual receptionist. In her free time, you'll find her at the gym, listening to a podcast, or traveling between Tallinn and Riga.​

Hannes has been working with computers for almost as long as he can remember. In 2007 he started PRO IT—an IT service company supporting over 50 hotels across the Baltic States. The idea for HotelBuddy originated from Hannes' long-standing work with hotels and his recognition of the challenges they faced in digitalizing the guest journey. In his free time, Hannes enjoys staying active, training for the next triathlon and spending quality time with his family.

Tanel lavora nello sviluppo software dal 2005. Ha trascorso otto anni presso Nortal (ex Webmedia) e, nel 2012, ha co-fondato la società di software ByteTrain. Nel corso degli anni, Tanel ha sviluppato software per clienti come Telia, Swedbank AS, il Governo del Qatar, EAS, LHV e Danske Bank. Presso Hotelbuddy, Tanel guida lo sviluppo software, creando soluzioni innovative per gli hotel. Nel tempo libero, ama giocare a tennis, giocare ai videogiochi e guardare film.

Anu vanta oltre 15 anni di esperienza nel settore turistico, con competenze in ruoli di Front Office e Sales & Marketing presso hotel in Estonia, Italia, Marocco ed Egitto. Esperta in copywriting, web design e marketing digitale, presso HotelBuddy, Anu guida le attività di marketing e la strategia di espansione, contribuendo allo sviluppo del prodotto raccogliendo feedback dai partner. Ama viaggiare, la cucina italiana e la filosofia orientale.

Ahti holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics and is a skilled hardware engineer with over 15 years of experience working and teaching in the field. At HotelBuddy, his primary focus is developing IoT-based door lock modules and ensuring their seamless functionality. A fun fact about Ahti: in addition to creating top-notch hardware solutions, he’s just as talented at transforming into Santa Claus during the Christmas season, spreading festive cheer to homes and offices!
